TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please note that prices are subject to change; where possible prior notice will be given. Confirmed bookings will not be affected
- 20% deposit is required to secure your booking
- The balance is payable on arrival
- Should you wish to extend your stay with us, the additional costs will be determined on the monthly or fortnightly rates
In the event of cancellations:
- Due to unforeseen circumstances affecting your being unable to attend as planned; we will endeavor to accommodate you at another time period suitable to both parties
- Should you not be able to attend at a later date, 50% of your deposit is non refundable
- Cancellations within one month prior to arrival will result in no refund
- Bookings can be made when in S.A. subject to availability.
